Tasks & Training Quality – Activities must be assigned in line with the Letter of Availability and the Learning Agreement; skills development must be fostered; appropriate information, tools, and workplace must be provided.
Tutoring – A tutor must be available in the same location at least 3 days per week, and the ratio of 3 staff members for each trainee must be maintained.
Accommodation – Support must be actively provided to assist the trainee in finding housing if needed.
Monitoring – Inspection visits must be allowed at the premises upon EuGen’s request.
Visibility & Promotion – Collaboration with EuGen must be ensured (e.g. for providing interviews, photos/videos, questionnaires), and the EU4EU logo must be published on the organization’s website.
Evaluation – The quality and impact questionnaire administered by EuGen must be completed at the end of the traineeship.
Communication – EuGen must be kept regularly informed, and any issues must be promptly reported, in order to maximise the benefits for both the Host Organization and the trainee.
