Any organization can host interns: SME’s, larger companies, municipalities, non-profit associations, universities, research centers, public bodies, etc. The only organizations banned are bodies of the EU institutions. Host Organizations must assign a tutor to the trainee, equip him/her with a workstation and assign the tasks agreed with the trainee and his/her university tutor in the Learning Agreement. Host Organizations must have at least 3 staff members for each trainee. Organizations can host a maximum of 15 trainees per year.
Once EuGen has approved the registration of a host organization, the host organization can filter candidate profiles, make a selection and schedule interviews via the web. Host Organizations will host only the international trainees they have selected. They can host in person or remotely and agree on the contents and dates of the internship with the trainees selected.
