09 Sep EU4EU – EXTRAORDINARY CALL FOR ITALIAN CONSORTIUM

Si apre il 12 settembre 2022 il bando straordinario di EU4EU – Erasmus+, attraverso il quale daremo l’opportunità di vincere la borsa di studio a tutti quegli studenti appartenenti al consorzio italiano che – pur avendo lo scorso anno svolto tutti i passaggi per ottenere la borsa ed essendo risultati idonei – non ce l’hanno fatta a causa dell’esaurimento delle borse previste.

Verranno dunque assegnate quest’anno 70 borse di studio della durata di un minimo di 60 giorni ed un massimo di 180 giorni.

Requisito fondamentale per partecipare a questo bando è quello di essere risultati idonei al bando 2021, ma di non aver ricevuto la borsa di studio a causa dell’esaurimento dei fondi.

Oltre a tale requisito, è fondamentale essere in possesso dei requisiti base per il programma Erasmus Plus: 

  • Bisogna essere iscritti regolarmente all’anno accademico 2022-2023
  • Non deve essere stato ancora conseguito il titolo 
  • Bisogna avere almeno 2 mensilità Erasmus residue
  • È necessario aver raggiunto minimo il livello B1 in lingua inglese

Una volta in possesso di tutti i requisiti previsti, si potrà accedere al Portale attraverso il sito www.eu4eu.org e completare la propria registrazione.

I tirocini si svolgeranno dal 3 ottobre 2022 al 31 maggio 2023. Ne consegue che:

  • Se nel precedente accordo con la Host Organization le date del tirocinio già stabilite risultavano essere comprese in questo intervallo di tempo, non sarà necessario inviare di nuovo la Letter of Availability.

 

  • Se invece le date precedentemente concordate con la Host Organization non erano incluse in questo intervallo di tempo, allora sarà necessario accordarsi con la Host Organization per le nuove tempistiche del tirocinio ed inviare una nuova Letter of Availability – aggiornata con le date corrette e debitamente firmata – all’indirizzo italianconsortium@eu4eu.org

 

Attenzione: il tirocinio dovrà essere svolto obbligatoriamente presso la stessa Host Organization con la quale avreste dovuto svolgere il tirocinio nell’anno 2021.

On September 12th, 2022 the extraordinary call for applications of EU4EU – Erasmus+ will open, through which we will give the opportunity to win the scholarship to all those students belonging to the Italian consortium who – despite having carried out all the steps to obtain the scholarship last year and having been found eligible – did not make it due to the exhaustion of the scholarships provided.

Therefore, 70 scholarships lasting a minimum of 60 days and a maximum of 180 days will be awarded this year.

A prerequisite for participating in this call is to have been eligible for the 2021 call, but not to have received the scholarship due to the depletion of funds.

In addition to this requirement, it is essential to meet the basic requirements for the Erasmus Plus programme: 

  • You must be regularly enrolled for the academic year 2022-2023
  • You do not have to be in possession of your qualification 
  • You must have at least 2 Erasmus monthly residual payments
  • You must have reached at least B1 level in English

     

Once you meet all the requirements, you can access the Portal via www.eu4eu.org and complete your registration.

The internships will take place from October 3rd 2022 to May 31st 2023. It follows that:

  • If in the previous agreement with the Host Organisation the dates of the internship already agreed upon were within this time frame, it will not be necessary to send the Letter of Availability again.

 

  • If, on the other hand, the dates previously agreed upon with the Host Organisation were not in this time frame, then it will be necessary to agree with the Host Organisation on the new internship timeline and send a new Letter of Availability – updated with the correct dates and duly signed – to italianconsortium@eu4eu.org

 

Please note: the traineeship must be carried out at the same Host Organisation with which you were supposed to do your traineeship in the year 2021.
