Results of the 2024 Call: A Year of Growth and Significant Participation

The 2024 Call concludes with outstanding results that highlight the positive evolution and continued success of the EU4EU program.

This year, 221 scholarships were awarded, divided among the Italian (141), French (63), and Spanish (17) consortia. These figures reflect the commitment of the involved partners and the growing enthusiasm for the opportunities provided by the program. In particular, Italy and France achieved remarkable results, further consolidating their central role and strong participation in the overall success of the call.

The selected students primarily come from the University of Naples Federico II, the University of Padua, the University of Tuscia, the University of Lille, and the University of Castilla-La Mancha, reflecting a strong commitment to international mobility.

Regarding academic fields, participants predominantly come from well-established areas such as Economics and Political Science, which continue to maintain a strong presence. However, this year has seen a notable increase in the participation of students from emerging fields such as Computer Science, Biology, and Engineering. While there has been a slight decrease in the number of students from Law and Humanities, these disciplines remain an essential part of the program, contributing to its diversity and richness.

Unfortunately, due to limited funding, not all eligible students were able to receive a scholarship. However, many have been placed on a waiting list, with the hope that new opportunities will arise through potential rollovers and the allocation of scholarships via university funding.

Congratulations to all the winners! May this experience serve as a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth, opening up new perspectives and exciting challenges for the future.
