16 Feb EU4EU Call 2026: Opening 16 February
The EU4EU 2026 Call opens on 16 February 2026, connecting motivated students from Spanish and Portuguese universities with Host Organizations across Europe.
This is a new cycle of Erasmus+ traineeships, offering high-quality international experiences and fostering collaborations between students, universities, and organizations ready to host trainees.
Student Registration: 16–23 February
- Students can register or complete their application on the EU4EU Portal from 16 February until 23 February 2026.
- Registering by 23 February gives extra points in the final ranking, increasing the chance of an Erasmus+ scholarship.
- Students registering after 23 February can still participate, but without bonus points.
- Those approved in previous calls only need to log in and confirm participation.
Matching Phase: from 24 February
From 24 February 2026, students and Host Organizations enter the Matching Phase:
- Students can apply for traineeships, contact organizations, and schedule interviews.
- Host Organizations can review candidate profiles, conduct interviews, and issue the required Letters of Availability.
This is the core phase of the program, where students and organizations find the best matches and start professional collaborations, contributing to talent development and internationalization strategies.
