EuGen is proud to introduce the Good Landlord Charter, an initiative designed to connect trusted landlords with Erasmus+ trainees seeking quality accommodation during their internships throughout Europe. The goal of this Charter is to establish a safe and reliable network within the EU4EU Portal, thus simplifying the search for housing and tenants.

Only property owners recommended as “Good Quality Landlords” by our former EU4EU trainees are invited to join this exclusive network. Membership is free, simple, and entails no future obligations. Interested landlords are called upon to sign and return the attached Charter, thereby becoming part of the Good Landlords database of EU4EU.

Through this database, EU4EU will share contact details of landlords with future trainees looking for accommodations in specific areas, facilitating a safe and reliable meeting.

EuGen is available to clarify any doubts and to further discuss this initiative, hoping for a fruitful collaboration in creating a supportive housing network.
