1-What does your company do?

My school is a tourism vocational and technical high-level school with a strong focus on foreign language teaching and student-centered learning. In addition to formal education, we actively support international mobility projects and offer trainees opportunities to gain practical experience in an educational environment.

2-Why did you decide to join the EU4EU program?

I decided to join the EU4EU program because I believe international internship programs contribute significantly to both students and host institutions. Hosting Ramatoulye BALDE BALDE allowed us to support professional development while also promoting cultural exchange within our school community.

3-Was it easy to join the program?

Yes, the process was smooth and well-organized. The EU4EU team provided clear information and continuous support, which made the internship process with Ramatoulye BALDE BALDE efficient and problem-free.

4-Do you agree that it is stimulating for an organization to open itself to international projects and to welcome foreign students? Why?

Yes, definitely. Welcoming an international trainee like Ramatoulye BALDE BALDE was highly stimulating for our school. It created a more dynamic learning environment, increased students’ motivation, and encouraged both teachers and students to engage more actively with different cultures and perspectives.

5- Based on your experience, how well are trainees able to adapt themselves and work efficiently in a new work environment?

Based on our experience with Rama BALDE BALDE, trainees are able to adapt very well. Rama was responsible, eager to learn, and quickly adjusted to the school environment. She communicated effectively, followed institutional rules, and contributed positively to classroom activities.

6-Will you participate in the EU4EU program in the future and/or do you recommend it to another company? If yes, how has it allowed improvement in your organization?

Yes, I would be happy to participate in the EU4EU program again and even now I have a Letter of Availability with another trainee.I highly recommend it to other schools and institutions. Hosting Ramatoulye BALDE BALDE strengthened our experience in mentoring international trainees, improved our intercultural awareness, and reinforced our commitment to international cooperation in education.
